Accountant
Muhammad Yousaf Rashid brings a strong foundation in audit and accounting, built across multiple industries before specializing in real estate. He began his career as a trainee auditor with leading audit firms, gaining exposure to diverse sectors, before joining a UAE-based real estate company in 2022—a move that shaped the focus of his career ever since.
With 4 years of experience as an internal auditor and 7 years in accounting, Muhammad combines a rigorous, controls-driven perspective with hands-on financial management expertise. In every role, he has operated as a one-man finance function—independently managing the full cycle from day-to-day bookkeeping through to Corporate Tax and VAT compliance—and is well-versed in IFRS and IAS standards to ensure accuracy, compliance, and transparency across financial reporting.
A CA Finalist and holder of a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Muhammad continues to build on a strong academic and professional grounding in finance and accounting.
Muhammad's career path has been anything but conventional. Before moving into finance, he served as a Fireman and Civil Defense Officer, and earlier still, as a professional cricketer representing Pakistan at the Under-16 level. These experiences instilled in him a discipline, composure under pressure, and team-oriented mindset that continue to define his approach to his work today.
